Happy Birthday Ty!!! Did you hear/see (I saw at the Doc's office) that they are now recommending that you leave a car seat in the rear facing position until a kid is 2!!!! Man, I couldn't wait to turn Ellie's around either... Really, how necessary is the new recommendation?
